Making full use of its digital environment, Studies on National Movements (SNM) will from now on present to the public each contribution as soon as it is ready for publication, assembling each volume piecemeal.
Over 2015 a special volume will be published, containing the proceedings of the double conference on Welsh and Catalan nationalisms, organised in 2013-2014 by NISE members GRENS at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona and the European Institute of Identities at Swansea University.
Another volume will focus on the asynchronicity of national movements.
One contribution is already available: the review by Ludger Mees of James Kennedy’s important comparative publication on liberal nationalisms.
Look for the articles, the texts on sources and the reviews, as they will be published in both volumes, on http://snm.nise.eu. You will of course also still find there volume one, on the historiography of national movements, at your disposal.
